Look out Simon Cowell! There is an new Idol in Town!

My older brother Michael and his darling girlfriend Erika invited us over for dinner and a little American Idol action! All I can say is.... WOW. It was entertaining to say the least. Erika pretty much rocked us all. The pictures say it all......

The Zoo with my Pompa!

For my pompa's birthday, I took him to the zoo! I just adore my pompa. He always plays with me and lets me play with his trains when the big cousins are not around! So I wanted to take him to the zoo with me so I can show him my favorite animals - the ducks! My mommy and daddy keep telling me that you can see ducks without spending the money to go to the zoo, but I prefer the zoo ducks! Thanks pompa for carrying me all around the zoo as it was easier to see all the animals that way. I hope I wasn't too heavy!!

Happy Easter Everyone!

Happy Easter! What a splendid day. Despite the weather, we had a fabulous day. Connor woke up to find that the Easter bunny had delivered him a yummy basket! He didn't understand at first that the basket was for him, but after diving into it, it was hard to pull him away. We went to mass with the family and thanks to Nonnie and Pompa, we were able to get a seat! After mass we had an easter egg hunt and Nonnie and Pompa's with all the cousins and aunties and uncles and even Maimo came! Rachel and Connor had a separate "baby" easter egg hunt in the living room while the older boys had a tricker hunt in the other part of the house. It was great fun and a wonderful day spent with family and friends.

Spaghetti Boy

Connor has always been a laid back baby, good sleeper and a generally happy little boy. But words that have never been used to describe our boy are "good eater". He was not a good nurser (dropped off the growth chart at 5 months). When we started solids he refused all green foods! And I mean REFUSED! (and mostly still does). When we switched from pureed food to more solid, he refused to eat anything with chunks. One day he will eat a banana as if it is going out of style, the next day he is repulsed by the very idea of it on his tray. But give this boy a bowl of spaghetti........

Quiet = No good.

The little devil! I leave him alone for one minute while I put away the dished and look what happens!!! Note the empty roll! Yes, he got every last piece before I caught him. The best part was when he was done playing, he crawled out of the bathroom with a piece stuck to his sweats! Too funny.

Connor's Daily Lap!

Every day when Connor wakes up he looks for his trusty push toy and off he goes. The video explains it all!
